GIS-based Pattern Recognition Technology In The Patrol System Application And Research

According to the disadvantage and development direction of the present Patrol System, using the technology of GIS and pattern identify in patrol industry, the paper designs GIS-based Patrol System. The system realizes the communication between the patrol aircraft and the monitoring center, data acquisition and extract, map shows and patrol routes judgment,and other functions.In the area of recognize patrol track, the system presents a new integrated map-matching algorithm by analysised the two commonly used map-matching algorithms. Large test results show that the algorithm can effectively improve the accuracy of matching, and get good match results. Patrol evaluation function completed the automated management on pateol work. The system improves the drawbacks of the past Patrol System effectively and realizes scientific and standardized management in patrol work.
