| The measurement oftorsional moment of the revolving axes is an important content in mechanical experiments. In this thesis, a testing system using wireless data transmission is developed, the system is composed of two parts, the mechanical bench and the testing electrocircuit. The difficulty of testing torsional moment is how to sampling the signal and how to transmit it. To solve these problems we developed special structure and ring in order to sampling and magnify signal, developed frictional annulus for brake the running axes to produce an great moment. The signals are connected to make Wheatstone bridge, the change of strain can be transformed to the change of voltage. The transceiver nRF24L01 is used to transmit the digital signals. We can observe the status of the revolving axes with the method which using wireless data transmitting in time, improve reliability of transmission, simplify the testing circuit and reduce the niose. In the thesis, the status quo of torsional moment testing is introduced and analysed first, then putting forward the wireless data transmission and explaining its theory. Besides the system working process and structure are also designed. As to the mechanical bench, I design the components of it and and analyse its parameter and function. In the testing circuit, the nRF24L01 is introduced in detail then the sampling policy and communicate pattern is designed. The testing circuit has two part the data transmitting module and the data receiving module. The function of the two module is explained and the scheduling is designed.MCU is the central chip, it controls nRF24L01 how to work. In the software design, nRF24L01 is configed to transmit and receive data. The softpanel is also inteoduced in the thesis. Finally, detailed analysis is made on testing data, the thesis puts forward the system errors and analyzes the errors at each part. |
