| The development of renewable energy has become an significant topical subject in the energy strategy of most countries,which is mainly owing to the depletion of traditional energy and rigorous environmental problems.Among them,it should be the best that application prospect of wind power.As a wind power industry,single machine capacity is constantly upgrading,the diameter of the wind wheel is also increasing,This will bring about more violent load changes and torsional vibration when the wind turbine is impacted by high-speed wind.If there is no good measure,the gearbox will break down and give rise to shutdown loss.In order to resolve the torsional vibration suppression of rated wind speed to upload the chain,a new control method of composite torsional vibration based on BPF and ADRC is proposed.To resolve the torsional vibration suppression of the transmission chain when the rated wind speed is above the interval,a new control method of composite torsional vibration based on BPF and ADRC is proposed.The primary task of this thesis is as follows.First I do the earnest study of the hardware structure and working mechanism of wind turbine.Subsequently,a mathematical model of the transmission chain of 1MW wind turbines is established by the two-mass method on this basis.This model can better represent the flexibility characteristics of the transmission chain,It lays a foundation for further research on torsional vibration features of transmission chain.Secondly,analyze the torsional vibration characteristics of the drive chain of 1MW wind turbines,The affect of the electromagnetic torque and the mechanical torque of the on the torsional vibration of the transmission drive chain is studied in turn.And based on it carrying out the torsional vibration control method.It verifies the feasibility of the method to control the electromagnetic torque of the generator and provides a theoretical basis for the design of the torsional vibration controller.Finally,in view of the problem of the band-pass filter in the torsional vibration control,the active disturbance rejection controller is used to compensate for the disturbance of the system.The fluctuation amplitude of output power diminish near the rated power,to ensure the torsional vibration effect of the transmission chain.,To achieve the optimal control effect,the integration the strong points of the two controllers.The thesis designes a composite torsional vibration controller based on band-pass filtering and active disturbance rejection control.Comparison of several controllers is carried out through MATLAB simulation platform,to verify the superiority of the composite controller. |
