Road Traffic Safety Information Management System

Traffic safety has become to be the bottlenecks of sustainable development of urban road traffic system, the establishment of road traffic safety information management system is an effective measure to reduce a series of traffic problems. The system is analyzed, designed and realized, with the technology of database, middleware and structured design. Based on Visual C++, ADO(ActiveX Data Objects) database interface API(Application Programming Interface) and SQL Server. The main work in the dissertation is listed below.First of all, on the basis of in-depth analyzed road traffic safety actuality and the cause of road traffic accident hone and abroad, this paper takes the prediction based BP neural network; Second, the road traffic safety information management system is designed in the use of database design theory, method and progress, collecting much information, laying a foundation for next work; At last, based on the theory and technology of the structured design in the software engineering, the road traffic safety information management system is designed., including choosing the design tools, overall design the system, and the detail design and realization of the function module. The module of the system is divided into main interface module, logging-in module, driver information management system, vehicle information management system, road information management system, traffic accident information management system and police information management system. This forewarning system can establish databases in different cities, and the intellectualized management level of urban traffic will be improved.
