Safety Management System Of City Traffic Based On Fluid Network Theory

As human society developing, the car and road traffic all measure increase drastically, as a result, it makes many of the domestic and international big cities lost in the situation of a serious traffic jams and traffic accidents increased frequency and the traffic problem of deteriorating, so the security study of a new round to create a sustainable of the security environment has become a pressing task.Therefore, the study of new security assessment system and application of computers and Artificial smart methods and technology for the traffic safety administration to provide quick and effective means of support have great practical significance.The city traffic safety management systems use different aspects of the theory of knowledge about road safety research, the new traffic safety management methods and techniques to promote the sustainable development.In this paper, on the basis of analysis of big city traffic problem aboard, some suggestions and solution on cival traffic problem is put forward. Based ourselves on China's realities, by redevelop the google earth software to improved the information of Fuxin bus system, given the people travels in fuxin full of traffic information for example: a traffic lines and site of the detailed information between the two sites and the shortest way, a segment of resistance,so as to some extent, to prevent the occurrence of traffic problem. The studies of this paper have great theory and practical significance to solve the traffic problem in big city and Fuxin bus system of the development .
