The variable-pitch wind turbine through the control of the blade's pitch, to ensure a constant power output, which has high power generation efficiency and superior performance, has therefore become the tendance of the wind turbine. As an important component of the variable-pitch system, the variable-pitch inverter completes the driving task of the blade's pitch. The study for the variable-pitch inverter in depth has important theoretical significance and practical application value.On the basis of the basic principle analysis of the variable-pitch system, it designs the power control program based on fuzzy-control theory, which can limit the output power to the rating value. With the asynchronous motor and inverter, it designs the variable-pitch drive system and completes the designing and debugging of the hardware. It also designs the procedure modules of the system using TMS320F2812DSP, including CAN communication procedure, PWM generation procedure, A/D sampling procedure, rotor speed and displacement decoding procedure, FRAM read-write procedure. It establishes the prototype of the whole system and completes the debugging.The prototype can communicate with outside through CAN bus, to send the commands and electrical parameters. The prototype also can accurately control the pitch and the speed of pitch altering according to the given values. The results of the experiments show that the performance of the system is good, the function is perfect, and the application value is high. |
