In recent years, due to the increasingly severe environmental problems, to the wind power and photovoltaic industry as the representative of the rapid rise of the new energy industry. Especially in the wind power industry, large converter technology progress and the cost of wind power generation to reduce, wind power will usher in large-scale development phase, and fan variable pitch technology as one of the key technology of wind power generation can improve the wind turbine operating efficiency and operational safety, will become a hot spot in the research of.This paper mainly focuses on the following aspects of the propeller driven system of the wind turbine:First with variable pitch drive system of wind turbine running state analysis, establish the input output mathematical model, effects of the operation state of wind turbine pitch angle changes. And then set up the simulation model of variable pitch wind turbine.Secondly, according to the requirements of the variable pitch wind turbine generator system simulation results and Shanghai Electric 2MW turbine blade parameters and pitch, through analysis and calculation to determine the pitch motor types and basic technical parameters.After the slip frequency correction algorithms are theoretically analyzed, while building simulation model, the slip frequency correction algorithm on the startup characteristics and robustness against the rotor resistance parameter simulation, it is proved that the correctness of the theoretical analysis. The voltage close loop feedback compensation flux weakening algorithm were research and analysis, simulation model is built, and the traditional weak magnetic algorithm are compared, the closed loop voltage feedback compensation of flux weakening algorithm of weak magnetic effect is better. Through the simulation, it is determined that the design of the wind turbine propeller drive overall plan is feasible.At last, we set up the experimental platform of Infineon XMC4200 MCU controller and completed the fan variable pitch drive system and the design of control algorithm. The improvement of the dynamic performance and robustness of the variable pitch drive system is tested by the correction algorithm. The experimental results show that the design of the wind turbine pitch drive system is in line with the design requirements of the 2WM wind turbine propeller drive system, and has good engineering application and reliability.
