Car ownership is growing at a rapid rate. More and more people attach importance to safe which about driving vehicle. Automotive anti-collision system as a kind of positive safe protection technology will have a broad space. This paper proposes a method which used in automotive anti-collision system. It can examine obstacle by double cyclotron infrared pulse laser passing. This method have good directionality,bearing accuracy .First of all,Papers analysis all kinds of method about vehicle's anti-collision technology and ranging laser at the present time. On that basis, this design is sure to use "double-mode infrared pulse laser scan" to detect vehicle anti-collision signal. It also detailed analysis technical parameter which from "vehicle's anti-collision signal processing". Then put the scheme for system design about "scanned laser infrared vehicle's anti-collision Signal processing system". The hardware design divided into some parts to description: double-mode laser steering circuit,laser modulated transmitter and acceptor circuit,A/D circuit,FPGA algorithm treatment,AT91SAM9261 centralizes control circuit etc. Software algorithm analysis from AT91SAM9261 centralizes control circuit Bootloade initialization routine,RTLinux Real time operation system and drivers exploits double-mode laser control software programs the arithmetic of jumbo size object laser survey meter. In order to validate design is correct,Paper list the circuit "debugging and test" circumstance and attach all circuit layout about this design. It is up to scratch the system design requirements through debug.
