The Research And Design Of The Daul Mass Fly Wheel Of The ZK6121WD Bus

This paper combined the project of Chang Chun Yi dong clutch factory for the practical issue which how to design and develop a vibration damper matched the ZK6121WD bus. and completed the design and development of the vibration damper named dual mass fly wheel . It included the establishment of the powertrain model , using the ADAMS to complete the powertrain simulation , structure design of the whole composition and its internal components of the dual mass fly wheel matched the ZK6121WD bus and finite element analysis of the vibration plate ,the optimized selection of the main parameters of the dual fly wheel, design of the product process and test which show us that this research give support to the product of the dual mass fly wheel.The result of this paper has the important significance for the product of the dual mass fly wheel.
