In the Face of the situation that the fatigue experiments and the angle measurement of the car rear-view mirror dependent on the foreign test equipment, we develop a simple, high universality; the detection of high precision measuring instruments is of practical value.In this paper, based on the situation of parameters measurement of the car at this stage, designed a set of completely automatic unattended fatigue test-bed and angle measurement system. Perform the completely automatic unattended function by using delay control and multi-layered nesting judgment. Incremental rotary encoder and Follow-lever body with spring pretightening force were used to indirect measure the angle of the car rear-view mirror. Shun the difficult of the direct angle measurement because of the irregular curve of the rear-view mirror shell.Based on the measuring principle, designed the mechanical structure and electronic control system. The electronic control system is controlled by Serial communication and I/O card. The A/D card is Responsible for data acquisition. The computer time to send handshake signals to control client singlechip and digital table for data transmission. The program code of the software-controlled client was written by Visual Basic 6.0 which is object-oriented and event-oriented high-level programming language, which made data processing, image display and operation faster, easier and more convenient.Mechanical structure of our fatigue test-bed and angle measurement system is very purposeful. Software is concise, comprehensive, efficient implementation. Electronic control system responds to the rapid signal. Project designed to meet the experimental demands and the expectations of the measurement accuracy.
