| The cooling system is an important part and has strong influences on the power, economy and dependability of engine. With increasing of engine speed and engine power, the demand to cooling system is higher, so design and research on the cooling system of engine is also becoming more and more advanced. Under the precondition, the cooling system has enough cooling efficiency and the energy consumption is lower become main trend.With improvement of emissions regulations and standards, converted to natural gas engine from diesel engine, is an effective solution. Although the average effective pressure and thermal efficiency compared with the diesel engine has been reduced, but the intensity of diesel engines is bigger than gasoline engines, is suitable for natural gas compression ratio of 10 to 12.And the transformation has some advantages, such as low-cost, emission performance, valuable alternative to oil resources. These advantages make natural gas have a wide range of use at home and abroad.This paper studies the engine cooling system and analyzes impact of the cooling system of automobile power, economy, reliability and service life .Make use of diesel engine as the research object, which establishes model of the compress nature gas, diesel and fuel combination work process and the combustion heat release. Then, use of VB prepared diesel engine combustion process, to get the cylinder pressure, temperature curve, as well as to the piston, cylinder head, cylinder liner of the heat loss curve.AMEsim is advanced hydraulic system simulation software in the world. Make use of the software, combined with the procedures for the preparation of VB: establishes a situational model of engine cooling system, which mainly includes temperature saver model, the radiator and cooling water pump model. Then make use of 490QB diesel parameters conducts computer simulation. Simulational results show that burn natural gas and fuel combination, the cooling water temperature is higher than that of diesel combustion. This paper analyzes reasons for the high temperature from structural parameters, combustion parameters and fuel properties.Finally, this paper investigates reasonable match from the diesel engine cooling system radiator and fan, proposes several methods to improve the cooling efficiency from structure optimization. The conclusions of the study for further research to burn natural gas in diesel engine of cooling system ,which provide guidance on the direction, for the design of the cooling system ,which provide the direction and matching views. |
