Research On The Safety Comprehensive Analys And Information Management System Of Security Technical Conditions Of Dangerous Goods Transportation By Rail

As the economy grows, petrochemical products innovate, and companies expand business, many industries see increasing demand for dangerous goods year by year, for which the railway system provides a large amount of transportation service. It is hard to overestimate the importance of security issues involved. Systematic analysis of the security of railway dangerous goods transportation has already become a significant component of security management system of transportation of dangerous goods by rail, and a major technical approach to ensure the security of dangerous goods transportation by rail, and improve and complete dangerous goods management by chemical companies. Technical conditions required in dangerous goods transportation by rail is the foundation of dangerous goods transportation by rail.This thesis sum up the current status of information management of dangerous goods transportation by rail and of other industries, and related issues in dangerous goods transportation abroad, and then based on the systematic analysis, this research involves technical conditions of dangerous goods transportation by rail as follows.Firstly, give systematic collection of the process, product diversity, content, and specific analytic items of dangerous goods transportation by rail, which is the foundation of following research.Secondly, refine the security technical conditions, and systematically studies the security technical conditions by categories, which include conditions of stockpile, handling equipment, security protection, and transportation.Thirdly, propose the setup of systematic analysis and information management system of the security conditions of dangerous goods transportation by rail, which has 6 major applications. This system architecture can help the systematic analysis of dangerous goods transportation by rail in order to integrate standards, improve efficiency, and ensure security. Through case studies, the thesis shows that this system is practical, and fulfills existing demand.Lastly, design the information management system of security technical conditions of dangerous goods transportation by rail. This part includes demand analysis, data base device and information modular etc. The information management system of security technical conditions of dangerous goods transportation by rail for the whole country is set up. Then the technical conditions of the railway station for dangerous good and industrial siding can be shared within the whole railway and the corresponding management department will be able to manage the railway station for dangerous good and industrial siding pertinently so as to ensure the security of the dangerous goods transportation by rail. This thesis also shows part of the functions of the information management system of security technical conditions of dangerous goods transportation by rail.
