| Maintenance of infrastructure is an important safeguard for running at high-speed and high-density as well as for running on schedule and high-reliability. With the development of technology such as equipment, maintenance and communication, the "full-scale and all-sided" maintenance manner of our country railway have not adapted to the maintenance requirement from new idea of operation and management, especially for passenger-dedicated line.Due to the lack of related theory and practice experience, Ministry of Railway have adopted different management transition scheme for different running line to deal with problem of maintenance. With the rapid development of passenger-dedicated line construction and gradually entering into running, the maintenance management scheme of infrastructure should been determined as soon as possible.Systemic theory is used in this thesis to discuss some important issues related to the management system structure of infrastructure maintenance for passenger-dedicated line, the layout and organization setting for infrastructure maintenance base, the setting of comprehensive maintenance division, the setting of maintenance clerestory, the development and construction of information system. After that, some proposal schemes are proposed. In the discussion, the operation and maintenance practices from countries such as Japan, French, Germany and China have been briefly analyzed. Characteristics of transportation requirements and technical equipment for our country's passenger-dedicated line have been considered in the analysis. |
