| In recent years, the passenger-lines has been developing rapidly and the network of passenger-lines has been built. The public has an ambitious requirement on reasonable running timetable for high-speed passenger -dedicated railway, especially on time for evening-to-morning trains that cross lines. Under such condition, it demands that organization work for passenger-line should be developed and improved. Owning to its distinct character on time, the different moment of starting has a direct effect on passengers’ convenience and attendance to travel. The scheme of comprehensive maintenance gap for passenger-lines is related with suitable time for running, especially with time of the evening-to-morning train and even with the feasibility of train to set out. What directly impacts the profits and existence of railway enterprise in the competing market, and the public needs, is whether we can find an effective scheme to collaborating and optimizing the work between train running time and comprehensive maintenance gap.The paper, revolving around analyzing the relationship between the scheme of comprehensive maintenance gap and reasonable running time for passenger-lines, researches on the theory and method of collaboratively optimizing comprehensive maintenance gap and the running time on the basis of reading relative achievement, combined with the use of system analysis, operations research and optimization theory. It builds the mathematics model and puts forward to solve it, under the analysis of relationship between arrangement of comprehensive maintenance gap and the reasonable running time of the train.In the end, researching on Beijing-Shanghai passenger dedicated line and setting it as an example to explain, the theory and method of the paper is available. It is practical significance to improve and develop the theory of maintenance window scheme of passenger-dedicated lines, and it also benefits for passenger-line transportation and railway enterpriseThe paper studies the following points:(1)It analyzes kinds of comprehensive maintenance gap characteristics, and summarizes the work time of our passenger lines and how to set up reasonable work time.(2)It disentangles the interplay between the establishment of comprehensive gap and the reasonable time of passenger lines, and defines the important concepts in the paper.(3)It expands its research form single interval into adjacent interval, even into the whole line on the coordination and optimization foundation of comprehensive maintenance gap and the reasonable time of the train in passenger lines.(4)It builds comprehensive maintenance gap model among single interval, adjacent interval and the whole line, and the coordinated and optimized model of the reasonable lead time of the train. It also designs the computation of the model. At last, taken the establishment comprehensive maintenance gap of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway as an example, it proves that the proposed method is feasible and effective.In the end, the paper puts forward its idea and conclusion, at the same time, points out the problem that we need to further research, and outlooks the research work in the past ten years. |
