China's highway construction has developed rapidly since the construction of Shanghai Hujia Expressway was completed in 1988. Along with the developing of society and economy, highway traffic volume and traffic load has been increasing. So the maintenance of the highways that are already built is particularly important. Anyway, the idea "construction rather than maintenance" is popular. Annually, management investment by the managing department is not enough. One of the problems that maintenance decision-making department should solve is how to distribute the limited fund in a most reasonable way, so that the road condition can be maintained at a satisfying level and the economic profit can be maximized. Thus the scientific, rational and effective decision-making is the key to road maintenance.In this essay, existing regulations are summarized and analyzed. On this basis, some recommendations are given like highway asphalt pavement condition indicator, corresponding data collection methods, equipment needed, and examination frequency. Through the analysis of standard comprehensive evaluation model, some disadvantages are put forward. In the study, matter-element model is applied to the General Pavement Performance Evaluation. Calculations are all based on measured data and the feasibility of the evaluation model is verified.The essay analyzed Asphalt Pavement maintenance needs, and solutions. And according to the newly added regulations of pavement rutting evaluation indicators, a new combined states and maintenance decision-making tree is put forward, giving the corresponding conservation measures according to road condition. Multiple indicators decision-making model was applied to the province's highway maintenance project schedule to solve the problem that currently maintenance decision-making in our province is based solely on subjective experience when arrange the order of projects. At the same time, according to the current funds lacked condition province', the expenses of maintenance, costs and profits are analyzed. In order to maximize the economy profits of limited funds, a dynamic decision-making model was put forward to be applied to optimize the province's highway network pavement maintenance funds. Method on optimizing project-level pavement maintenance funds is introduced too. |
