At the same time, there is some other content about the ground fracture in Xi'an, for example, the methods of required secure time, the urbanism method, the disposal temporary building scheme and so on. Finally, it provides a theoretical basis about using the site of ground fracture with safety in the future, with analyzing the feasibility of three projects (the family building of the Oral Hospital of Xi'an, the Eastern Waterfront building district in Xi'an).In this paper, compared with the engineering geology commonness site and site of ground fracture, differentiate from upward and downward of ground fracture. From the analysis of data and engineering example of certain house subzone engineering in Xi'an, proceed the selection of foundation of the building that enter into the main distortion of ground fracture. Gotten the feature of foundation selection on the site of the ground fracture.In consideration of ground fracture in Xi'an activity again, this paper applies grey theory method, through the medium of Matlab software forecast the Xi'an ground fracture f₆ of An dong street micro-distortion band ground settlement. On the basis of f6 site of ground fracture ground settlement status of each month actual measurement value from 1989-1991 for upward displaced block 120m to downward displaced block 30m of compartment. The results showed that from upward displaced block 10m to downward displaced block 2m of compartment in main distortion settlement rate relatively bigger and different settlement phenomena greatly distinctness of this ground fracture, but beyond upward displaced block 20m to downward displaced block 5m of compartment in main distortion settlement rate substantial agreement for ground bulk settlement.From the discussion above, the buildings in ground fracture in Xi'an should be required by specification for site investigation and engineering design on Xi'an ground fractures DBJ61—6—2006, toward the main distortion of ground fracture, could adopt some security required method, in order that bump land use capability advance. Toward the building which must enter the main distortion of ground fracture, adopt right foundation lectotype scheme could virtually relieve the ground fracture destroyed.
