Fly ash can be used to make cement concrete as the active admixture. It can effectively improve the properties of concrete. Although researchers had lots of studies on the use of fly ash in concrete before, relatively less research had been carried out on the use of fly ash in road and road structure concrete in Shaanxi and Shandong province because the technology property of fly ash in every region is different. This paper used three different fly ash in Shaanxi and Shandong to conduct research test. It compared the influence law of road and road structure concrete mechanical properties with different fly ash and different mix amount. It also studied the improving effect to the pavement performance of road concrete. At the same time, it takes the pile cap concrete construction of chao river bridge on Xi'an—Tongchuang expressway. Through temperature detection to pile cap concrete, it obtained the heat release rules of pile cap concrete in chao-river bridge and the improving effect of fly ash to decrease the hydration heat in mass concrete. This paper provided a lot of base data and precious practical experience to promote the wide application of the three fly ash. Not only it can help the two regions to resolve the accumulation problem of fly ash to decrease environment pollution, but also it has positive significance to ensure the technology properties of fly ash, to enhance the utilization amount and utilization level of fly ash, to guide the practical construction.
