Along with our country economy development and the unceasingly enhancemen of lives of the peoplelevel, the air-conditioner that took one kind equipment whose can improve the the working and living conditions has gradually become the essential item. in the people dailylife. Because air-conditioner whole ownerrate of our country city people family rises year by year, this caused directly that the energy of air conditioning consuming increase year by year, the air conditioning energy conservation question already became one of key research questions.This topic used k-εthe double equation model and the wall surfacefunction law unifies, established the room temperature field numerical computatial three dimensional rapids mathematical model. Using the establishing model, using Fluent software carried on the analogcomputation for the air-conditioner interrupted movement in the air conditioning room, and union air conditioned room interior energy change theoreticalanalysis, obtained change rule of surroundingprotection structure and the room the air temperature in the air conditioned room interior during opening and closing the air contioning. The result indicated that, After air-conditioner is opened, in the room the air temperature drops quickly, in the room the air temperature dropped about 7℃after the air-conditioner is opened 10 minutes, after 15 minutes in rooms the air temperature stabilized in about 25℃. But compared with the air temperature change in the room ,in the air conditioned room surrounding protection structure surface temperature change quite gently, the room surrounding protection structuresurface temperature basically is stable after the opening the air conditioning for 27 minutes. After air conditioner is closed, in room air temperature rise rapidly, in 15minutes in temperature rise approximately about 7℃, but the surrounding protection structure internal surface temperature rise is not remarkable,compared with the air temperature in the room. In the air-conditioner closing machine process, in the room the air temperature change is more remarkable than the surrounding protectionstructure internal surface temperature change, reason mainly is that the surrounding protection structure calorific capacity is bigger than theair the calorific capacity.The air-conditioner energy conservation operating control is take satisfies the person volumetric heat comfortableness as the premise. Takes the hot comfortable evaluation criteria with anticipated appraisal PMV, according to satisfies the person volumetric heat comfortableness request the PMV value, find the best interrupted movement t way of he winter, the summer air conditioning equipment. The research indicated that,in summer the best the combination way is the opening the air contioning 18 minutes, the air contioning off 8minutes. in winter the best the combination way is opening the air contioning 16 minutes, the air contioning off 10 minutes. according to the above plan to control the air conditioningequipment, in summer energy may be conserved 11%,in winter energy may beconserved 19%.
