By using the instruments, such as a flowmeter, the thermal bulb anemometer and the pliers-shape power meter etc., the investigation on the operation condition of whole air conditioning system was carried on in GuiHe shopping center in the city of Jinan. Through testing the flow rate of chilled water and cooling water and the supply water temperature and return water temperature, the value of COP of refrigeration system and the EER of cooling tower were gotten. We tested the airflow quantity and velocity at supply air outlet and return air inlet of every air handling unit, and also tested the air temperature, airflow velocity and CO2 density distribution in the space of shopping center. In the mean time, we also investigated the market lighting and the electricity consuming situation of air conditioning in whole year and so on.Systems analysis was carried on according to the data of investigation. We has made the energy consumption analysis of all year air conditioning and lighting, and analyzed and estimated the performance of air conditioning systems , status of air conditioning equipments, air indoor environments and lighting condition of this market. Results of testing and analysis indicate: there have been serious problems at various major parts of the air conditioning systems: Capability of cold resource was in shortage;Restrict factor was too many such as supervise, using and expenditure balance;Refrigeration was in the period of energy high-cost;Supply water temperature for chilled water was excess high;Cold loss in the pipe systems for chilled water was serious;Supply airflow quantity of air handling unit wasn't enough;the parameter of supply air can not meet designing demand and so on. Energy cost for lighting of the market was 45W/m2;Seasonal energy cost of air conditioning was 169W/m2.In the foundation of test and analysis above, several rectifying projects for airconditioning and lighting systems of the market were proposed.Main Rectifying Project: It was rectified to the air conditioning system with a main cold/heat unit and many terminal units on the basis of the original system. The fresh air system should use the original all air system and, and reduce the rectifying and damage to the original building fitment.Part Rectifying Project: on the basis of original transformation, aiming at the problems of the original air conditioning system, We pertinently adopt the rectifying project, rationalize various relations, enhance cold supply capacity of the cold resources, improve quality of cold supply, add metric apparatus for cold (heating) using and electro-consumption, charge reasonably, and guarantee the quality and quantity of cold (heating) supply.The Whole Cold and Heating Resource Rectifying Project: Eliminating BrLi2 refrigerator, Applying electro-refrigerator, Using city-centralizing heating. The BrLi2 refrigerator was eliminated because of its serious attenuation for refrigeration capability, high-energy cost, and high circulating expenditure. Applying new electro-refrigerator completes refrigeration quantity;City-centralizing heating will be worked as heating resource of air conditioning system. In the mean while, overhauling and rectifying the original part of air transportation and air conditioning units are carried on.
