Mix system design is a key part which effects whole equipment capability. author analyzes sealant' mix characteristic (or viscid liquid). And basis on it, design the mix vane. On the base of detail analyses about system mechanics, due to its complexity, author use FMP to proofread system's intensity. And then, calculates system's power by mix character of viscid liquid and calculate character of mix power. For analyzing mix character more detailed, author contrast and analyze two instances-unabridged vanes and abridged vanes, in mix velocity and mix power by numerical value simulation. And validate design feasible and ascendant.In the aspect of heating system, author studies conduct heating mechanism and heating fashidns. And find the effecting factors from mechanism and fashions. And give advice on heating system design on theories further. Testing result show that heating system design is reasonable and heating efficiency and economy character are notable.
