Study On Heating System Of Road Crack-seal Machine

In recent years, highway maintained industry develops quickly, especially, prevention and cure about highway early disease. It can prolong highway natural life and save plenty of fortune, and be paid broad attention. On the base of developing road crack-seal machine with a company, the author study heating system of road crack-seal machine.There are two keys-heat system and mix system on the design of crack-seal machine heating reactor. Author introduces heating system of road crack-seal machine in detail and analyzes its conduct heating mechanism and heating fashions. According to basic knowledge of heating transfer author studies heating transfer in the aspect of firebox radiation,smoking natural convection and Mixing forced convection. And basis on this, finds effective methods of improving crack-seal machine heating system efficiency. The above conclusions provide Theoretical basis for structure design of crack-seal machine heating system. Adopted distributed method of modeling, builds dynamic model between temperature of Heating reactor and heating power and heating time of burner based on heat balance principle and heat transfer relation, a good guidance for future experiment。In the aspect of studying on heat transfer of mix system, author Introduces the principle of CFD technology detailedly, and analyzes grease characteristic of high viscosity materials, basing on CFD, author investigates the three-dimensional flow filed of paddle-type mixing propeller in the FLUENT and points out some shortcomings. Combining with advantages of anchor-type mixing propeller, puts forward a new kind of mixing propeller certaining blowing wall effect and studys the flow characteristics,analyzes the influence of rotational speed on the flow field and heat transfer.
