Most of the asphalt pavement in China has entered the peak period of maintenance and repair,cracks are the most common and the most important form of pavement damage.At present,the filling and repairing of cracks on asphalt pavement is simple and effective,so it is widely used by road maintenance units in China.However,China's grouting construction technology and crack sealant products still have deficiencies and defects,and various types of damages often occur,causing repeated repairs on the pavement,increasing the amount of maintenance work and affecting the quality of the pavement traffic.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to actively study the performance of crack sealant to solve the problem of road pavement crack repair.This article refers to the relevant domestic norms,analyzes the performance testing indexes of the crack sealant,and selects three types of cold zone crack sealant for comparative performance analysis.Select several raw materials to make cold zone crack sealant,and use orthogonal test method to analyze the impact of several main raw materials on the performance of the crack sealant,including resistance to foreign matter embedding,high temperature softening,high temperature fluidity and elasticity,and test the tensile strength of the prepared crack sealant at different ambient temperatures.The typical results of the low-temperature tensile test were extracted from the selected cold zone crack sealant and prepared crack sealant,and the low-temperature tensile effect of these sealant was analyzed.Choose a well-prepared test piece to analyze the crack sealant at different tensile rates(0.05mm/min,0.1mm/min,0.2mm/min)and different ambient temperatures(-10 ?,-20 ?,-30 ?)The change of tensile force can getthe test result,and analyze the test result.The test results show that the performance of the cement sealant products in cold areas is uneven,especially the low temperature tensile properties.The test indexes of the prepared cold-type crack sealant are good,and it can be applied to areas where the temperature is not lower than-30?.The environmental temperature has a great influence on the low-temperature tensile strength of the crack sealant,but the tensile rate is not.The effect is small.Increasing the stretching rate to 0.2mm/min can greatly improve the low-temperature tensile test efficiency,and has practical significance for the research of the performance of the crack sealant.
