Study On The Mechanical Property And Strength Index System Of Pavement Concrete

The mechanical property of pavement concrete have important function in the cement road slab thickness design, concrete mixtures ratio design and the strength check in real pavement. Good mechanical property is the prior condition that promises the road slab to provide the superior service for the user in the design service life. further perfect the existing road concrete strength evaluation index system, promote strength design index, and examine index integral are significance to increase construction quality, and full guarantee the strength design standard that strict implement.Based on the investigation and theories analyzes, this thesis first carried on a research to the main element that influences the road concrete strength, and analyze the variety regulation of the strength under the chief factor; secondly, researched the relevance of each strength index about the pavement concrete, and build up the relation type of each index, detail analyzed the difference of mold forming cylindrical specimens with the drilled cores specimens; In the end, synthesied large quantity of test data and build up the air entraining concrete with general concrete flexural strength-water to ash ratio formula, mold forming specimens of split strength-water to ash ratio formula, and compared with the current specification formula, first introduce the mold specimens, and build up the pavement concrete strength evaluation index system which based on the flexural strength and split strength.The research results of this report have the characteristics such as clarify theory ,better pertinence, whole system and good practicability, and have important guide function on the design and construction for road. This report is one important part of the research of the design of road cement concrete mixtures composition.
