| "Induction Heating" is appropriate, for it is safe, efficient and with uniformity for heating. In addition, it has been used in smelting and automotive industry successfully. The innovation of this paper is to apply "Induction Heating" to the heating system. Based on this idea, the main content is about: analysis of the disadvantages of traditional heat conducting oil system and stream conducting system; introduction of current development as well as application of induction-heating power supply; compare of their principle and features respectively; deduction of the features from using electromagnetic induction heating technology and variable frequency drive system which replaces the hydraulic system. The efficiency of heating experiment, the economic analysis and comparison with respect to the vehicle altogether made a feasibility study on electromagnetic induction heating technology. This paper designs and calculates the electromagnetic induction heating system, and a PLC controlled induction heating system is presented based on the control of electromagnetic induction heating system and variable frequency drive system.
