With the continuous development of China's economy,people pay more attention to the ecological economy.The concept of green development has attracted great attention from the government.Induction heating technology is an energy-saving and environmental protection technology which has the advantage of high heating speed,high efficiency and high control precision.This is in line with the concept of ecological civilization construction.Induction heating technology will replace traditional fossil energy heating and electric heating to reduce environmental pollution.With the continuous advancement of modern power electronics technology,the development of induction heating technology is also very rapid,but there is still a certain distance to people's requirements and application value.In different application environments,we need to do extensive research to design the volume,efficiency,anti-interference ability,electromagnetic compatibility and control response speed of induction heating power supply.Therefore,it is valuable to study the topology and control scheme of devices,materials and power supplies in induction heating technology.First,this thesis analyzes the various components of the intermediate frequency induction heating power supply and the advantages and disadvantages of different structures of the rectifier inverter part;At the same time,this thesis introduces several kinds of power adjustment methods of the induction heating power supply and determines the overall design scheme and the corresponding structural parameters according to the actual needs.Then,this thesis adopts S7-200,STM32CBT6 and MCGS to built the control system of medium frequency induction power supply.S7-200 SMART is used to collect information outside the boiler and control the power output of the power supply.STM32CBT6 is used to control the power supply part,such as IGBT drive and overvoltage and overcurrent protection;As the upper computer,MCGS establishes communication with PLC,it displays the running information of the system in real time and can control the PLC through touch screen.The control system can make the induction heating boiler works effectively and safely.Finally,in order to calculate the appropriate PID parameters,this thesis uses the gray wolf algorithm to optimize the PID parameters and improves the algorithm by using competition strategy.The simulation analysis proves the improved scheme can improve the search speed of the algorithm and reduce the local optimum situationeffectively.The improved algorithm is used to optimize the parameters of the PID and the simulation result shows that the improved algorithm is better than the genetic algorithm in the optimization of the parameters of PID.Aiming at the frequency tracking of inverter part in medium frequeny induction heating power supply,this thesis improves the tracking process of phase-locked loop with improved PID control and establishes mathematical model simulation analysis.
