Research On The Application Of Medium Mini Hydropower Project's Cost Controlling Method In The Wujiadu Project

To the medium mini hydropower stations, because the investment is small so construction enterprises attach less importance to them than the large projects, most of the medium mini hydropower station projects are in the red, how to control the medium mini constructions' cost become the most pressing matter of the moment.This paper roundly describes the method of cost management in medium mini hydropower project. On the basis of the characteristics of the medium mini hydropower project, author thinks that we can research on the cost control on macroscopic and microcosmic levels. On the macroscopic level, this paper applies the earned value method, analyses cost control in the construction process, which is the most important stage in the project cycle. For verifying this method, author applies this method to the WuJiaDu project. On the microcosmic level, this paper applies fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, analyses cost affecting factors in the hydropower projects. Fanally, this paper uses value engineering method to the main factor. Author successfully introduces the methods of cost control into the WuJiaDu project and gets a good effect.The novelty of this paper is:Author amends the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and finds the major affecting factors correctly, which provides evidence for cost-decision.
