This paper expounds the origin and basic application steps of earned value theory,the main calculation methods,and the principle and method of cost analysis with earned value method.This paper applies the earned value theory to 21 hydropower installation projects of a shanty town renovation project in Yunnan Province,and explores the effective ways to reduce costs in the construction process of hydropower installation projects.The combination of theory and practice is more realistic and operable.Firstly,the paper summarizes the theory of construction cost control;secondly,it analyses the current situation of cost control in the construction stage of hydropower installation project,finds out the shortcomings of cost control in the construction enterprise where the author works,and puts forward corresponding improvement measures;finally,it applies earned value theory to the water of a shanty town renovation project in Yunnan Province.It is found that the earned value theory can effectively control the cost scientifically and reasonably in the construction stage of the electric installation project.It has a good inspiration for the cost control of the construction enterprises in the construction stage of the hydropower installation project,and provides a new idea for the project cost control of the construction enterprises. |
