| As a method of project cost management for complex products,earned value method can help Chinese complex products and shipbuilding enterprises improve the level of project cost management from large to strong.This paper takes the complex product cruise project as an example,proposes a management method to improve the earned value,and on this basis,proposes a cruise project cost control optimization strategy,which provides a certain reference for the cost management of the cruise project.The R & D(research and development)and manufacturing of complex products have the characteristics of high technology to overcome difficulties,high knowledge intensity,high product quality requirements and long project cycles,and the cost management ability of complex products is a reflection of whether the country’s design and manufacturing capabilities are strong,so the value is earned The cost research of complex products is very necessary.After analyzing the project characteristics and project management difficulties of A company’s complex products,this paper takes the luxury cruise project as a case,and according to the current management status of the cruise project,it concludes that the project has insufficient design capabilities,frequent changes,lack of experience in cruise construction management,and industry chain Problems such as incomplete supporting measures have led to slow project progress and increased costs.In this regard,the improved earned value research based on the payment control point is carried out,the advantages and disadvantages of the application of the earned value method in complex product projects are analyzed,the theory behind the earned value method and its expanded application are studied,and the scientific payment control point is set by the fuzzy evaluation method.The contract decision in the design stage of the cruise project provides the support of the mathematical model.Finally,on the basis of improving the earned value,a cost management optimization strategy is proposed.Construct a dynamic cost control system,start with contract planning in the project preparation phase,and unify project contract planning management.In the costing analysis stage,strengthen project budget control,carry out earned value analysis and complete performance appraisal in combination with quality factors,improve the cost management responsibility system,generate relevant business information and feed it back to contract planning,form cycle management of cruise projects,and optimize cost management.In the process of complex product cost management,taking cruise project as an example,this paper uses fuzzy evaluation method to improve the selection of scientific payment point,optimize the cost control under earned value method,and realize schedule cost integrated control.It also provides a quantitative management method for the schedule and cost evaluation of cruise project in China,and overcomes the quantitative shortcomings of traditional earned value method.Focusing on the construction of responsibility system in the management and control system of earned value method is a bold assumption of cost management in China’s first cruise project construction,which has certain operability for complex products such as domestic cruise industry. |
