Study On Seismic Property Of Highrise Buildings With Girder Transfer Floor

Basing on the project Tianbao Wuhua in Shenzhen, this article analyzes the stiffness, force's transfer road, stress in transition part etc. in high rise building, especially stresses on the design method and aseismatic property of beam type transition floor in steel reinforced concrete high rise building. It performed thinkable experiences to support the following structure designs.First, based on design theory of beam type transition floor, by analyzing the variety of vertical stiffness and load calculating in beam type transition, it concludes the dynamics basement and the design principle of beam type transition design.Second, this article expresses the design principle and constitution requirement of beam type transition structure in the dimension choice of transition beam, design and constitution requirement of transition beam, design and constitution requirement of frame column, design and constitution requirement of upper frame.Third, based on enforcing the stiffness and enhancing the bearing capacity of frame, contrast the height of transition floor, this article concludes the design theory of huge space bottom shear wall structure.Finally, associated with the state norm and other standards, based on project Tianbao Wuhua in Shenzhen, this article analyzes the structure design principle; select of structure parameter, structure arrangement, anomaly condition analysis of structure, finite element evaluate of structure, elasticity dynamic Time-history Analysis etc. Then after analysis with computer results, it puts forward the effective measure to improve the anti-seismic performance of this building, and what we have accepted proved to be very operative.
