Chalco Guizhou Branch of Guizhou Province is located in Baiyun District of Guiyang City, It is the largest western modern aluminum industry base and a mining, alumina, electrolytic aluminum and alumina processing, power generation and carbon production integrated enterprise. Its raw materials into manufactured materials and products mainly by rail from its own dedicated line to bear. Along With four branches in Guizhou Aluminum electrolytic potential expansion and transformation of 1. 2 million tons of alumina a series of projects completed, Electrolytic aluminum production reached 400,000 tons, alumina production of 1.2 million tons, bauxite production capacity reached 1.6 million tons per year, one million tons of limestone mining, rail transport reached 4. 5 million tons. The existing rail transit system in the western end of Yan Shanhong throat station, station throat alumina capacity can not meet the original wood material and products to reach the issue of need, has become a bottleneck. In order to ensure normal production, the need for the inadequacies of the above-mentioned ability to modify or enhance their capacity to change the existing alumina powder alumina factory main products of the transmission mode, thereby reducing the total amount of rail transport to ease the pressure on railway transportation.In this thesis, the Guizhou branch of the status of special railway lines to carry out investigation and study on the railway transport system involved in the western end of Yan Shanhong station throat, alumina station throat, electrical focus control system, traffic control systems for paper, etc. To ease the tension of the method of transportation are: rail transport system; through vehicle transport, tubular conveyor belt conveyor transport or air transport modes alumina powder divert traffic, thereby reducing the total amount of railway transportation and other programs, and all of program of technical and economic comparison, the selection of the most reasonable options: alumina stations, YanShanHong station expansion project-based program.The creative work in this paper is as fellows:(1) In terms of features of metallurgical enterprise, capacity of Yan Shanhong station and Yang Hualv station was analyzed based on the problems in Chalco Guizhou Branch;(2)Station reconstruction was recommended to solve transportation restriction by capacity calculation and techno-economic comparison.
