As the transportation artery in Bao Gang’s production activities,railway is taking the important tasks of inputting raw materials into the factory,transferring semi-finished products and outsourcing finished products,and has a very important position in the metallurgical logistics process of Bao Gang.As an important part of the station dispatching system,the pick-up and delivery operation determines many connecting factors such as the operating efficiency and turnaround time of the Bao Gang Railway Special Line.However,the existing operation mode of the Bao Gang Railway Special Line still uses manual scheduling as the main operation method,which seriously restricts the development of Bao Gang’s productivity.Therefore,it plays a very important role to scientifically and rationally arrange the pick-up and delivery operations and optimize the driving organization,so as to improve the operating efficiency of the special line of the Bao Gang Railway and the turnover efficiency of the trains in the company,and reduce the costs required for the operations in the station.First of all,this paper elaborated the research background and significance of the pick-up and delivery vehicle problem in the Bao Gang Railway Special Line,and made a systematic analysis of the research status of foreign pick-up and delivery operations.Then,from the aspects of production process and production capacity of Bao Gang,transportation environment,station lines and transportation operation process,the transportation characteristics of Bao Gang Railway Special Line were summarized,and the definition,operation method and basic principles of pick-up and delivery operation were described in detail,putting forward the focus analysis content of this paper,that is,the layout of the Bao Gang Railway Special Line is mainly a branch-shaped special line,and therefore,the optimization of the pick-up and delivery operation of the Bao Gang Railway Special Line shall be based on the optimization of pick-up and delivery operation in branch-shaped special lines.Then,according to the characteristics of the pick-up and delivery operation of branch-shaped special lines,and taking full consideration of the actual operation status of the special railway line of the Bao Gang Railway,This paper took the total time consumption of the train and the total time consumption of the transfer,pick-up and delivery as the two optimization goals.Mathematical models of the pick-and-carry problem under three modes,i.e.single pick-up,single delivery and mixed pick-up and delivery,were constructed respectively.Under the mathematical models,the two optimization goals given above were solved with the help of ant colony algorithm,genetic algorithm,and hybrid algorithm.Based on the mathematical model constructed,this article would design a simulation model covering10 special lines of professional points based on the product operation area of Bao Gang Rare Earth Steel Station,and used the above algorithms to solve this model.Finally,by means of a comparative analysis of the results obtained by the models,the rationality of the models was verified,and studies showed that in the two operating modes,the genetic algorithm took less time to solve,while the hybrid algorithm solved more accurately.In the end,this paper analyzed and summarized the problem of pick-up and delivery vehicles for the entire branch-shaped special line,analyzed the deficiencies in the process of researching the problems,and the deficiencies of the established models,and looked forward to improving these problems.
