Researching on program-making for awkward cargo transportation will contribute to transport all types of awkward cargo safely and economically.The paper, on the basic of widely reading and analyzing the relevant references at home and abroad and the combination of knowledge, uses systematic science methods to study program-making for awkward cargo transportation in detail in order to provide a theoretical basis and technical support for awkward cargo transport in future.The paper comprehensively analyzes the selection of transportation modes, transport routes, transportation equipment and the influencing factors of safe transportation in detail. Secondly, builds the model selection of the awkward cargo transportation modes and the transportation route on road awkward cargo, meantime, the paper formulates the schemes of loading, consolidation and transportation management for awkward cargo according to different transportation modes. Then, taking Xi Luo Du Hydropower station transformer transportation for example, formulates the joint transport modes of the roads and waterways, loading, consolidation and transportation management program, which provides the best decision to accomplish "door-to-door" t transportation.
