| In our country, plenty of hazardous material transported through highway each year.A serious threat to people's life and property security, the economic construction, and the ecological environment existed because of the accident caused by the transportation of HAZMAT. Around the safe transport of dangerous road, road transport monitoring system decision support system were investigated with HAZMAT, and the road transport safety evaluation for main basis decision support system was constructed, the evaluation model was established when a large number of documents about HAZMAT road transport safety bad been assessmented, and the current domestic and international dangerous road transport monitoring system research had been studies.First of all, based on the statistics of road transportation accident of hazmat, the important reasons of transport accidents of hazmat had been concluded: human error, management failure, road traffic accident, the bad environment, vehicles and equipment unqualified.Secondly, the scopes and objects that the dangerous road transport monitoring system monitored in the former and transport process separately had been analyzed.The main structure, technology and the main function that the present dangerous road transport monitoring system used had been summed up. Then, after some premises and related hypotheses of dangerous road transport monitoring system decision support system had been proposed, the research target of tree for decision support system and how the scheme of the decision support system would be designed before or in the process of transportation or after the transport accident was established.Finally, according to the dangerous road transport monitoring system decision support system design, the main methods (before transport using the risk classification method and TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method, the transport process using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, using after accident harm accident damage mathematical model)of safety evaluation to the system were determined. And, based on these safety evaluation methods, the safety evaluation models of decision support system were established. In the safety evaluation models, the use of TOPSIS method had been made some modifications, and on the basis of others' research, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of evaluation indexes had been expanded. The deficiencies were that the evaluation of accident consequences had not been made further discussed, and a part of the goals of analysis of decision support systems had not been given some solutions. |
