In the integration of world economy, transporting by Sea faces with great opportunities for development, with about 90% of Chinese foreign transporting by sea. The same origin to the same destination may be a number of general channels to choose, So how to choose logistics Corridor in scientific and reasonable to make goods transported in right time,right place, right quantity, right quality, right cost and high efficiency have become the first issues to be resolved for cargo owner. Based on this background, this paper carries out formation and how to choose the Logistics Corridor of access to the sea, applying Z-score Model to make a choice, and and choses the Shaanxi Province which is in Development of the West Regions as a model example of calculation to make a. optimization.Firstly, the paper expatiates on the background of the study, the purpose and significance of this paper, introduce there result existeing seareh, and put forward the content of the study. Secondly, by study the theory of Transportation Corridor, the Logistics Corridor of access to the sea, this paper analyzes elements of composition, and discusses the mechanism of macro and micro formed Logistics Corridor, which lay the foundation to the influencing factors of optimization and the selection of lines. Then by analysing Chinese major ports' hinterland and goods, the main trade routes and different access to the sea areas of the existing situation, sums up the characteristics of Chinese Logistics Corridor of access to the sea,and points out the necessity of optimizing the Logistics Corridor of access to the sea. Later, it analysises the impact factor to Logistics Corridor, and introduce Z-score Model into it. Finally, the paper has made a specific choice about shaanxi Logistics Corridor by applying Z-score Model , and has provided a different choice to the same goods in different O/D, which proves the impact of transportation goods demand on the preferreing Logistics Corridor, providing a reference to the cargo owner.
