The Logistics is one rising industry in the 21 century, Material management is the fundamental part of construction management of the hydroelectric power projects .The vigorous logistics provide new ideas for the mechanism innovation and deepen development of the Material management. This paper aims at the problems of each tache of the supply chain and the process of the material management information, deep research was carried, and logistics resources was integrated, to set up a sort of material management model to instruct our work of material management and logistics informationism process. In the Information Age, As the third profit headspring of the enterprise, Logistics must be faced with the challenge of informationism, The management information system is absolutely necessarily to any successful enterprise, and play the more important role of enterprise decision-making. No less than other logistics enterprise management, Material management of the hydroelectric construction need the sustain of the logistics management information system, The basic truss of the Material Management Information System (MMIS) was put forward in the hydroelectric construction projects, then the simple MMIS was developed in this paper.Choosing Providers, Inventory Control and Performance Evaluation are three important nodes of material management, this paper carries deeply analyse , then sets up the providers estimation indexes system and optimize choosing method based on Rough Set, brings forward inventory strategy for main construction material, such as reinforcing bar , cement , grime and powder ,oil plants, detonator, pitch, based on dynamic programming, sets up performance evaluation the indexes system and method based on fuzzy clustering.
