Gussasphalt concrete has a good waterproof performance, fatigue property and ageing resistance, as a result, it has been widely used in Europe and Japan. In China, with the development of long-span steel bridge construction, Gussasphalt, as an excellent paving material, is greatly concerned. Therefore, it has remarkable theoretial significance and practical value to research on the long-span steel deck Gussasphalt concrete suitable for the country situation.The paper, according to the different property represented, divided the factors influencing Gussasphalt concrete performances into external and internal ones, and then researched on them. The external factors included stress level, load frequency and test temperature. Design the test program using orthogonal experimental design principle, and establish the relationship between the parameter index of Gussasphalt concrete fatigue performance and the each external influence factor through four-point beam bending fatigue test. Good linear statistical relation existed between each factor and the initial stiffness modulus, fatigue life, phase angle and dissipated energy index of gussasphalt concrete. The factors considered in terms of the evaluation of internal influence factors included asphalt type, asphalt content and mixing temperature. Through experimental study,establishing the relationship between the parameter index of Gussasphalt concrete fatigue performance and their each internal influence . The relationship between fatigue test results and each factor could be well represented by Multiple Linear Regression Equation.The achievements from this paper will lay foundation for the research on fatigue performance design index and parameter of Gussasphalt concrete steel deck pavement, and have great significance to the design, construction and maintenance of the Gussasphalt concrete pavement on steel deck.
