| Steel deck pavement technology is one of the key technologies of long-span steel bridge construction.Today steel deck pavement technology has made great progress in China,and becomes an increasingly mature technology.But the whole service condition is not satisfactory by the condition of bridge deck pavement at present.It has a certain degree of bridge deck disease.The bridge deck pavement of orthotropic steel deck still has a lot of problems in material use,pavement structure,construction technology and quality control.And problems have not been fully solved at present.Therefore,it has great significance to carry out the study of steel deck pavement technology and its engineering application.Based on the QingShui River bridge,the study status and existing problems of steel deck pavement technology are analyzed systematically.The main contents are as follows.(1)Typical steel deck pavement engineering at home and abroad had been fully surveyed.The successful experience and remaining problems of steel deck pavement were summarized.The characteristics and applicability of different steel deck pavement schemes were compared and analyzed.A better pavement scheme for QingShui River bridge was recommended.(2)The characteristics of aggregate,asphalt binder and filler in GuiZhou were systematically analyzed.The mix proportion of gusssasphalt pavement,SMA pavement and waterproof bonding layer were optimized.And their road performance were analyzed systematically,various performance control indexes and requirements were proposed.(3)The construction technology of steel deck deck,waterproof bonding layer,gusssasphalt pavement and SMA pavement were explored.The corresponding technology requirements and quality control measures at all construction stages were proposed.It lays a foundation for the construction quality of bridge deck pavement of QingShui River Bridge. |
