Methods And Research On Deterioration Of Steel Deck Gussasphalt Concrete Pavement

Steel Deck Gussasphalt Concrete Pavement is one of main types of long span steel bridges pavement. It has been applied for many years in Europe and Japan. Now more and more long-span bridges are constructed in our country,and Gussasphalt concrete has been used for deck pavement of some long-span bridges, but there are many various deck pavement deteriorations in Jiang Yin Bridge which first has been applied Gussasphalt in china. Systemic research of deck pavement deterioration will benefit paving design and maintenance.Based on repairing research of deck pavement on Jiang Yin Bridge, this dissertation investigates deck paving in our country and abroad, especially long span steel bridge pavement types and deteriorations, then classifies pavement deteriorations. According to this classification, investigations of Jiang Yin Bridge deck pavement, including preparation reports on the construction of Gussasphalt and traffic axle loads data, are made for analysis.Firstly, Based on repairing research of deck pavement on Jiang Yin Bridge, classifies pavement deteriorations. Secondly, according to the design of Steel Deck Gussasphalt Concrete Pavement and the condition of deck pavement on Jiang Yin Bridge, analyzes the deteriorations of Steel Deck Gussasphalt Concrete Pavement. Thirdly, Based on the research above, this dissertation provides four repair schemes for Jiang Yin Bridge including paving material and paving structure. After laboratory tests, design research and following detection, provides the doable repair scheme of Gussasphalt pavement deterioration.
