Out-of-gauge goods load reinforcement of the decision-making is an important part. So it has the practical application value and accords with the requests of the railway's development to set off the research of case-based reasoning of out-of-gauge goods load decision.The thesis has analyzing the considering factors and the technological conditions, and on the base of this to combine the system of knowledge bank and the related theoretical knowledge of the matter-element theory to determine the knowledge bank's total structure of the consolidating of loading, and has given the total designs of the consolidate of loading's knowledge system which based on the matter-element theory. The thesis has described the definition of the knowledge and the classification of the indicated way, and analyzed the features of the consolidating of the loading knowledge, and put forward the concrete examples of matter-element model about the broad goods' consolidating of loading. Tis thesis has given the expressing means of the state-regulation and the processing-regulation with the analyzing of the examples. And the thesis has expounded the primary thought which based on the reasoning of the concrete examples, has given the means and the steps of appraising the mating-degree of the concrete examples, and has put forward the reasoning algorithm of the decisions of the consolidating of the loading which based on the concrete examples to determine the condition of measuring the concrete examples and the reasoning process. It analysis the characteristics of amend rules of the examples. Lastly, it takes an example to analysis of the loading process of strengthening case-based reasoning.
