In the structure design of high-rise building and super high-rise building, Optimization design is an important task, Optimization design is an up-to-date measure to seek the most perfect and optimum design proposal, and the mathematical principle of Optimization had application in engineering design. With the large investment and the long cycle construction period, the optimized design to the high-rise building will helps to obtain the best design proposal save investment, and it is the direction which the structural designer always struggles for.Based on the example project-Hangzhou Asia packing Center Headquarters Mansion of China, the dissertation uses different methods to optimize the east tower of the project, which is a 178.2 meters high and reinforced concrete wall-frame structure. The dissertation also carries on the comparison through the static analysis to the different structural arrangement plan stress and the efficiency, concludes a comparative reasonable structural arrangement form. Under the same conditions of the project of the core tube arrangement way, that is, the core tube plane size and arrangement way, change the plane size between the outside frame and core tube, systematically analyze along with the outside frame and the core tube distance change, accounts for the different proportion to the core tube in the construction plane size many kinds of structure plan to carry on the computation separately, analyze and discuss the structure static computed result, study the outer edge column and the core tube distance to the structure mechanics performance influence. According to the actual project request, fix the construct plane size, but changes the core tube plane size, carry on the further analysis to the structure static computed result, and summarizes some beneficial rule.The optimized result of the structural arrangement plan demonstrated that, in this kind of high-rise building structure, structure power transmission form should be direct, the core area shearing force wall arranges should be simple, in this way, it would well control the structure reverse effect, reduce the structure deadweight, save the concrete amount and result in good economy effect. Through the comparative analysis to the different structure proposals, it is considered that the core tube size and the building plane size ratio obviously influenced on the structure static analysis result in the structural arrangement plane. It is also thought of the core tube size accounts for the construction plane size of 0.45 would be more economical.Because the high-rise building structure system is mostly in the frame - tube structure or the tube in tube structure, it is better for the architect and the structure designer negotiate and draws up several elementary proposals under actual and feasible thinking together, then select the optimized proposal.
