| With the rapid popularization of Internet and the development of Web technique, profound innovations are turning up in the area of the traditional Manufacturing Industry, and a new series of business needs concerning Collaborative Manufacturing, Separated-place Manufacturing and Global Manufacturing are coming out. Web Services and Intelligent Agent technology are the mainstream of distributed computing research. After several years of development, Web Services technology has gradually improved and standardized, and being adopted by many commercial organizations. Another branch , the Intelligent Agent technology ,has also made tremendous progress. The integrating of Web Services and Agent has become a hot research. NC technology is the core of advanced manufacturing technology, and CNC auto-programming technology is a key fo the application of the NC technology. The application of the integrated Web Services and Agent into CNC auto-programming system, is of great theoretical research and practical application value.This dissertation first compares the Web Services with Agent, analyzes the drawbacks of both, studies the practical significance of the Integration, and then constructs a Web Services-based MAS model. In this model the services is packaged in Agent, and it solves the Agent's cross-platform communication problem. And then the specific design of Service Agent and Mediator Center is given.According to the theoretical studies above and the general principles of the auto-programming system, a prototype of Intelligent CNC auto-programming system is designed.Based on embedding the AutoCAD into itself in the form of CAD Agent, the system can provide tool path generation, NC simulation, post-processer as well as communication with machine tools and other functions. |
