For the status quo, give full play to the role of the existing storage reservoir, optimize flood scheduling approach of the reservoir, take full advantage of the flood season of resources,and Reduce disposable wate rto increase water supply capacity .It is the status quo and urgent demand for the effective mitigation of the status of the regional water shortage.In the paper, the third largest reservoir in Shandong Province bashan Reservoir as the research object, to carry out flood control reservoirs and flood control level to determine a reasonable research. Specific studies carried out the following:First of all,Analysis and Demonstration of the need and the feasibility of adjusting the flood control level. To carry out research of the division of the flood season in the reservoir and seasonal flood and so on.Secondly, the existing phases in the design flood water level problems on the basis of analysis to explore the use of probability theory the probability of an isolated incident in the combination of the principle of the definition of the reservoir in stages in case of flood control flood control standards;and the rate of reservoir flood risk calculation steps and the reservoir water level in flood-benefit analysis adjusted the focus of analysis carried out.Finally, the prediction of reservoir scheduling principle of pre-discharge to be introduced, in accordance with pre-discharge capacity of the reservoir,in the main flood season the water level on the basis of the analysis,the main flood season the water level to allow flood water level float value. Proposed real-time scheduling in the process of the reservoir, the water level in flood season in phases and real-time adjustments based on pre-discharge capacity of the flood water level in the combination mode of water level control.
