Electric bike is a kind of close to public life point-to-point transport, currently in cities, villages and towns is very popular. In use process, people pay more is the life of the battery and motor drive away the time after the charge of targets, and the key performance indicators of quality depends on batteries. So before they leave the factory inspection and worthy of the battery are particularly important groups, each battery manufacturer to strict quality testing, in the factory on the link below a lot of time. But a long time, the market, the brand is different in different enterprises in some batteries testing instrument, product type, function, in a single battery uneven performance test of, have a plenty of battery capacity surplus testing, better able to four batteries testing data, some with test data collection, analysis, the influence of inconvenience, some products function is overmuch, cost-effective bad etc. For large manufacturers of detection and batteries, use these instruments are not very ideal.This factory production reality, design a single cell mass can, according to the data collected, eliminating unqualified products, qualified products, according to the income for battery parameters of each group, make the difference between a battery performance, and get the best batteries minimum combination of detection system. System consists of a host system and 18 x 12 extension of each subsystem, the battery charging and discharging process and quality of battery inspection and control. Among them, extension subsystem based on singlechip, complete control of data acquisition, battery/conversion, coding, and inquires to host response to host data transfer function. Host system by computer as the core, the C programming language, and VB to each subsystem, collecting subsystem query data transmitted, real-time display and record test data, and the collection of data processing and analysis, to create all kinds of graphs, analysis of the battery performance, group, and provide scientific basis for forming friendly human-machine interface, easy technical staff. Subsystem and host system of information transfer between with CC1000 as the core, and construct chip wireless communications lines within 500 meters of distance realization wireless communication. This paper of vrla batteries and working principle of testing technology research and testing system design, hardware design, software design and system parameter test etc were introduced, and gives some hardware diagram and software flow chart. The system includes computer control module, host wireless communication module, the extension of wireless communication module, extension measurement modules, etc.Through the software and hardware design and debug, modify, eventually system can achieve maximum 216 only batteries testing, realize remote intelligent control, analysis of measurement results can realize the elimination of batteries. Experiment and test results showed that the design of the system structure is simple, easy to use, good human-machine interface, stable and reliable performance, it has higher application value, the index system design requirements. In the future can also improve existing detection system based on its function, increase the kinds of parameters and improve the precision of the output parameters, improve communication distance etc.
