Tianjin is a large industrial city based on manufacturing. Restricted by the water resource for a long time, the water supply of Tianjin City has already reached or exceeded its limit, conflicts between supply and demand has become increasingly conspicuous, so constantly explore the way of compressing and limiting the industrial and agricultural water is the only way to guarantee sustainable development of industry and the urban water in Tianjin. At present, its heavy chemical industries such as oil and chemicals occupy a considerable proportion. Developments of these industries dependent on water resources greatly. Therefore, improving efficiency of industrial water consumption in important industrial enterprises continuously and reducing industrial water consumption are essential to sustainable development of industry in Tianjin. Combined with the Water Convervancy Bureasu project"Conservation and condensation potential analysis of industrial water for typical enterprises in Tianjin"I participated, I wrote the master-degree thesis. It mainly includes the following aspects:Firstly, the status of the shortage of water resources in Tianjin was shown,it is said that water resources is still a bottleneck factor of the national economy and social development; the research status of industrial water at home and abroad was analyzed; then the water resource situation and water conservation status were analyzed; analyzed the status of industrial water and its trend in Tianjin from the aspects of industrial development and restructuring, in order to provide forecast of industrial water in Tianjin with date support.Secondly, made a comparative analysis to various methods of forecasting, and the gray system theory and regression analysis were selected to forecast the quantity of industrial water in 2010 and 2015. Then these dates were amended according to the"11th Five-Year"Plan. Water consumption, water conservation and water conservation potential had been detailed analyzed in five industrial enterprises typical in water conservation, technology and management model of water conservation were summarized according to problems of water conservation existent in Tianjin.Finally, technology and management model were constructed combined with circular economy, then effective countermeasures and measures for industrial water conservation in Tianjin were put forward.
