The spectrometer is a device of spectrum research and spectrum analysis of material. Because of its excellent precise and speed which not only give a precise testing and analyzing methods for modern science, but also become basis of modern astronomy, aeronautic, astronautic, molecule biology, modern medicine, environment and zoology. Spectrum collecting and analyzing as the most important part of components in the spectrometer will take a more role in the future.In this background, due to the request of high testing speed, a new numeric, visualization spectrum collection and analysis spectrometer system is built up according to traditional equipment In our designing, We introduce theory of signal process and software engineering to the system in order to get spectrometer applied more widely.In the paper, the first chapter will present development of spectrum measurement technique from the past to the future as a whole, and then bring the forward summary on the characteristic of spectrometer components.Second, According to the character of some overlapping signal we collected, we used the method of average, polynomial and wavelet analysis after joint the signal to smoothen and filter the spectrum signals to let them perfectly spiced. It showed: the filtering with different parameters can not only shield the high frequency noises and low frequency signal disturb, but also preserve the details of the spectrum signal, consequently, which enhance the resolution. We can get the conclusion from the experiment that the accuracy of the spectrum system can satisfy the request of application.Third, we present the principle of wavelength calibrate. The experiment result indicated the system will reach the 0.1 nm precision, which will meet request of applied in general.
