The Study About The Multi-distribution Model Of The Automobile Assembly Product Line

Logistics distribution is an important step and has key function in production logistics of automobile manufactory. The study of multi-distribution model provides a new chance for automobile assembly plant to overcome the problem between efficient pipelining and inefficient material freight.With the development of logistics theory and the appearance of lean logistics theory, production logistics developed again. On this condition, this paper introduces the movement of distribution model along with the development of the automobile assembly line, advances the innovation about the multi-distribution model.Distribution model develops along with the evolution of the assembly line. In the movement of assembly line, this paper demonstrates that the fish line is more appropriate at present, and puts all nodes which need process to the product unit, makes assembly line just take charge assemblage. The multi-distribution mode is brought forward in this production system, including original material distribution and tool distribution. Tool distribution aims at adapting mixed-model assembly line, saving the time of finding and adjusting tools, gains the ends that produce efficiently and exactly.After the study of multi-distribution model, this paper advances two key problems that need to settle in this model: assembly line balancing and application of logistics information system. The paper classifies the ALB to multi-distribution model to single fix ALB, and settles it by analyzing. The application of logistics information system is the essential part to implement this model, this paper introduces the logistics information system and electric kanban, demonstrates perfect information system is the base of efficient production and using the multi-distribution model.
