The Research On The Problems Of Logistics Management And Solutions Of The BS Group Company

Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,the economy of China has developed rapidly and has entered a period of economic transformation,high-end industry and the urbanization process is accelerating.At the same time,China has joined the World Trade Organization and the pattern of global economic integration has formed with the process of globalization and localization of the domestic and foreign enterprises.If an enterprise wants to be in an invincible position in this fierce competition environment,on the one hand,it must make the products and services more fully meet the needs of customers and win more market share through various ways;on the other hand,it must reduce its operating costs through different ways to obtain higher profits,and the research shows that the enterprise should begin to pay attention to cost control and management in the field of logistics.With the times’ development and the improvement of management,traditional logistics management can no longer meet the development needs of enterprise management,modern logistics management has gradually become the core element of the enterprise management and plays an important part of the strategy management.Logistics information technology management takes as an important indicator of modern logistics management,and has put forward more faster,more efficient and more accurate requirements in the information age.Modern logistics management should pay more attention to the application of advanced information technology,so as to continuously improve the comprehensive competitiveness in the economic tide and promote the long-term development of the company.This thesis takes a world top 500 group enterprise in the household electrical appliance industry as the research object.Firstly,it briefly introduces the relevant theories of logistics management,modern logistics management and logistics information management,and analyzes the necessity of strengthening modern logistics management in the household electrical appliance industry.Secondly,it briefly analyzes the logistics operation of the company and introduces the problems of logistics management related with inventory management,transportation management,third-party logistics management and international logistics management.Subsequently,this thesis focuses on introducing the reasons of these problems and the optimization solutions which are using various advanced logistics technologies,including the case of using EDI technology for data transmission in cooperation with third-party logistics enterprises,the case of using GPS technology with third-party logistics enterprises for transportation management,the solutions of changing sales module to optimize the inventory management in cooperation with large-scale e-commerce companies.The introduction process of each solution includes several important stages of background analysis,the function implementation and analyzes the improvement of the company’s business after the solution is implemented.At last,it makes a summary and prospect.In the rapidly developing information age,the overall business strategy of the enterprise is facing the transition period from the traditional offline sales mode to the online e-commerce platform and the new retail with new channels,what the logistics management strategy will adopt and the direction will implement due to it plays as an important part of the enterprise strategy management.This research expectes to bring more opportunities and challenges to the modern logistics information management of the enterprises.
