Study The Influence Of Freeway Billboards To Safety Driving Based On Talk-eye System

In recent years with the growth of our country's freeway mileage, the freeway traffic safety questions such as high accident rate, high casualties and high loss were appeared. The development of freeway also has brought both sides the highway the billboard development. Whether the freeway billboards would affect safety driving as well as which parameters could affect safety driving were also aroused people's widespread interest. This article was based on the Talk-eye system experiment, analyzed the visual characteristic when drivers gazes at the highway billboards, and studied the influence of billboard's parameters to the safety driving.This article is based on freeway billboards,the driver's vision physiology, the driver's visual psychology as well as the eye move the pattern research, measure drivers' gaze time, the gaze coordinate and the eyeball traveling speed through the experiment. Analyzes the change rule of drivers' gazing time, the eyeball traveling speed and the eyeball moving scope according to the establishment of freeway billboards (billboard area, high, the distance between billboard and freeway), and discuss the influence of billboard's parameters to the safe driving influence. This article also was made the regression analysis through the eyeball traveling speed and the billboard's position, found the best position for billboard.
