The distributing of reactive power is relation of safety, stability and economy. In order to ensure voltage quality , decrease distribution network loss and prevent accident to occur or extend, as well as improve safety, stability of power system, it should have reasonable planning. So it can ensure safety, stability and economy to avoid blindly construct of power system and optimal reactive power planning to achieve reasonably distributing the compensatory capability.In this paper, we research the reactive optimal method of the distribution power system, according to the fact that load changes constantly in actual, we present the method of dynamic optimal reactive power planning. Then starting off the trait of load curve, and combine the restriction of the acting time of equipment, we also present the method of making use of GA algorithm to subsection load curve intellectualized. And put the variety, self adjusting and immunity memory of immunity information processing mechanism in the ant colony search algorithm, and combine the two optimal algorithm, and we have improved the magnify coefficient in order to make it adapt itself in the ant colony, it is benefit to quicken velocity of convergence and search the holistic optimal result. And found the mathematical model which is based on the minimum of expend and maximum electricity cost saving. And then using the ant colony search to ascertain the reactive compensating capacity and installation position.Because of the complexity of the enterprise power system, its calculational quantity is very enormous, in order to make it simple, we only choose one circuitry to calculate in this paper. As a result it approve that the method of this paper's practicality and dependability and superiority.
