Industrial design is an effective way to enhance product competitivenesss. The humanized design of loader displays the company's strength and core technology research. As the control center, the cockpit is the space for the driver to rest or work in. Therefore, an effective and scientific evaluation of the design of the cockpit is crucial to realize the improvement and humanization of the design.At present, there are very few researches on domestic UG software functionality with Human Modeling and Language Grip Loader for the secondary development of the research evaluation system virtual cockpit, which is the topic of this thesis.This paper covers the following areas:Firstly, the principle of the evaluation factors and evaluation is concluded through the virtual cockpit on the loader of the characteristics of industrial design analysis and the evaluation of virtual design.Secondly, Ergonomic analysis gives the evaluation of human-size figures.Thirdly, based on the results of previous studies combined with analysis of the cockpit of industrial design, results of the evaluation of the scope of the evaluation criteria factors were drawn.Finally, it analyses and gives the results to the use of UG platform Grip virtual design language development evaluation system, the UG software environment to build specific models cockpit virtual environment evaluation and the use of evaluation system for the design of cockpit.This project is based on the loader virtual cockpit technology and the theory of virtual ergonomics evaluation of industrial design research and exploration. On the one hand, it gives strong support and assistance to the projects of CHAILIN Company Limited. On the other hand, it provides valuable references for domestic loaders industrial design research cockpit.
